Leah is currently studying for her Bachelor of Science at the University of Melbourne and has recently joined Integrate Recruitment as a part-time Candidate Manager.
With a natural curiosity and an eye for detail, Leah plays a key role in ensuring that our day-to-day operations run smoothly. From completing administrative tasks to supporting the wider team, Leah is always ready to jump in and help where needed. Her strong organisational skills, combined with her enthusiasm for learning, make her a valuable addition to our fast-paced recruitment environment.
Despite this being her first professional role, Leah has developed excellent communication and problem-solving skills through her years of basketball refereeing and coaching. Juggling multiple responsibilities, both on and off the court, has sharpened her time management and conflict resolution abilities, which she now applies to her work at Integrate. Her ability to handle various tasks with precision and professionalism makes her an integral part of our support team.
Outside of work, Leah enjoys immersing herself in the world of basketball, music, and concerts, reflecting her vibrant and energetic approach to both her professional and personal life. We’re excited to have Leah on board as she continues to grow her skills and contribute to the success of our team."
