Who could have predicted that a Diploma in Music, a passion for IT, a pastime as Programming Languages and Coding, and 14 years’ experience in Sales and Customer Service might shape one of Integrate Recruitment’s star Recruitment Consultant’s who has also earned her the nickname, ‘Egg’. Because we know that the needs of our clients and candidates come in all shapes and sizes, and Isabel’s unique blend of talents and skills results in placements that are performed with creative flair, insightfulness, a knack for simplifying complexity and finding highly appropriate recruitment solutions in multiple areas.
These include Loan Processors, Credit Analysts, Settlement Managers and Lending employment of Commercial and Residential Brokers. In Isabel’s first six months with Integrate, she filled 25 candidate placements and one new client, and continues to impress her colleagues with her ability to achieve high results while maintaining a fabulous sense of humour and buoyant attitude.
